At HERKAFTAN, we are committed to making your shopping easy and hassle-free. Please read the following terms and conditions before making a purchase with us and ensure that you have acknowledged, understood and have agreed to abide and adhere to the following terms and conditions and our privacy policy.

For any purchase made with HERKAFTAN, we are not able to cancel, amend or combine orders that are made separately and that have been successfully paid for. Please ensure that item, quantity and address are correct before making full payment.

How to shop on our website? 

Delivery

All orders orders are process in 1-3 working days (by us). Courier delivery is subject to the the courier itself. You will receive email notification once item is shipped out.

We are not responsible in any loss or damage of item(s) once the dispatch confirmation is emailed/sent to your sms. Your parcel are under the responsible of our 3rd party postal service provider. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).

We are not responsible if the courier not able to deliver the package in time, or any issue due to incorrect address, as well as no recipient at the address provided.

Tracking number of your order will be send to your email address by easyparcel.  Please check your email including spam/junk folder.

Exchanges & Returns

  • You may exchange and return your order within 7 working days from the date you received your order.
  • Sale items and purchases made with discount code are not eligible for exchange and refund.
  • For return and exchange item must not be a sale item, unworn, unmark, unaltered, unwashed and in a good clean condition. Damaged item, marked or altered will not be accepted.
  • Sale items and purchases made with discount code are not eligible for exchange and refund.
  • Exchanges are only subject to availability for the kaftan type you purchased once your parcel reached our warehouse. Exchanging for a different product is not allowed, we recommend you to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the different product.
  • Kindly allow 2-3 working days for us to process all return and exchanges once the parcel has reaches our warehouse. Our team will contact you for the refund process made via bank transfer.

If you have received defect or incorrect item please email us her.kaftan@gmail.com together with a photo of the damage, or incorrect item received. Please include the order number for our reference.

Sale

Defect Sale are “as-is” item and NOT eligible for exchange and return.

Product Care

Machine wash (delicate cycle on your machine is preferred) or hand wash. Please also note that each type of washing machine wash and spin is not the same, use on your own risk.

Dryer use is not advisable, use on your own risk.
